In Part 3 we are fabricating and welding together the rear frame rails for our 1936 custom hot rod frame. We will be using 2” x 3” tubing that is 1/4” thick. The air bags will be mounted behind the axle in order to keep the height of the notch lower than if the air bags were mounted on top of the axle. Everything will be kept straight and level with our welding table. The frame is pinched three degrees on each side from front to back in order to fit the coupe body.
