Assembling the real skull of a huge rattlesnake Crotalus basiliscus (mexican west coast rattlesnake).
The animal was bred in captivity and passed off of natural causes. His body was donated for the science.
It was cleaned by maceration. This method consists of leaving the animal's head directly in water and allowing it to decompose. It is the method that offers the best cleaning quality, but each and every one of the bones must be glued.
