Important news regarding reservation.... Bombay High Court rejected all petitions for Dhangar reservation. Dhangar community was demanding reservation from ST. More than 10 petitions were filed in the High Court in this regard. All of them have been rejected. The court has said that the demand of Dhangar community to get reservation from tribal category is not valid. Also, the court observed that the President has no power to change the laws related to Scheduled Castes and Tribes, only the Parliament has the right to change them.

आरक्षणाच्या संदर्भात महत्त्वाची बातमी.... धनगर आरक्षणाच्या सर्व याचिका मुंबई हायकोर्टानं फेटाळल्यात. धनगर समाजाला ST मधून आरक्षण देण्याची मागणी होती. यासंदर्भात १० पेक्षा जास्त याचिका हायकोर्टात दाखल होत्या. त्या सगळ्या फेटाळण्यात आल्यायत. धनगर समाजाला आदिवासी प्रवर्गातून आरक्षण मिळण्याची मागणी वैध नसल्याचं कोर्टानं म्हटलंय. तसंच अनुसूचित जाती जमाती संदर्भातल्या कायद्यांबाबत बदल करण्याचे अधिकार राष्ट्रपतींनाही नाहीत, फक्त संसदेलाच बदल करण्याचे अधिकार असल्याचं निरीक्षण कोर्टानं नोंदवलंय.
