THE ULTIMATE SALMON CURRY

INGREDIENTS
For Marination
550gm of salmon
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of ground kashmiri red chilli
1/2 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of lemon juice
*4 tbsp of cooking oil for frying
For Curry
fried salmon pieces

4 tbsp of cooking oil
1 bay leaf
1 inch cinnamon stick
3 green cardamom pods
1 black cardamom
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 large onion, chopped
1 tbsp of ginger&garlic paste
3 green chillies, chopped

1 cup of tomato puree
1 tsp of ground coriander
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
1 tsp of ground kashmiri red chilli
1 tsp of ground hot chilli

3 pieces of lemon skin
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
