Welcome, my beloved friend. There comes a moment in our day when we need to inhale deeply and let go of it all; let go of the fire the day has cultivated and let go of any disappointment, judgments, and patterns of overthinking. This practice is a sacred space in which you can move, breathe, and tap into your inner space... where you can inquire. Ask. Seek. And simply let go of the need to know. We are explorers here, together, seeking stillness and release through our breath and through the peaceful movements of the body. I invite you to roll out your mat, put on something comfy, and join me in this beautiful sunset glow for a yoga practice to calm your heart and clear your mind.

I don't call myself an author because I don’t believe in labels.
I believe that story is art - that it's sacred, and that it is and has always been a force that changes and shapes our world. That's why I write, and that's why I create videos (even co-produced an environmental film). I consider the world my home, and enjoy submerging in unique cultures nearly as much as I love submerging in the ocean and riding the waves.
