Three castles 50km Ultra | Embrace ultra

I finally got round to editing this video, I had been putting it off for two reasons the forst being I messed up the filmjng from the last check point and the 2nd being I found out I had most likely ran the who race with a stress fracture so I has kind been out the loop with runnjng for a while.

This was embrace ultras three castles 50km on the 1st June 2024. I ran with a friend Becky who absolutely smashed her first ultra and I'm super proud of her.
