प्रकाशश्वेर महादेव मंदिर एक हिन्दू मंदिर है, जो कि भारत के राज्य उत्तराखंड, देहरादून में स्थित है। यह मंदिर भगवान शिव को समर्पित है। यह मंदिर देहरादून के प्रसिद्ध मंदिरों में से एक है। इस मंदिर में सभी देवी देवताओं की मूर्ति स्थिापित है।
प्रकाशश्वेर महादेव मंदिर देहरादून से मसूरी जाते समय रास्ते पर पड़ता है। यह मंदिर पहाड़ पर होने के कारण देहरादून का सुन्दर नजारा देखा जा सकता है। इस मंदिर की एक विशेषता यह है कि इस मंदिर में कोई भी भक्त रुपया नहीं चढ़ा सकता है, वो इसलिए क्योंकि मंदिर के देख करने वाली संस्था के अनुसार हम लोग भगवान शिव को क्या दे सकते है, हम लोगों को ही भगवान शिव से मिलता है।
इसलिए मंदिर परिसर में कही स्थान पर नोटसी बाॅर्ड पर लिखा की कृपया किसी तरह का दान मंदिर में ना चढ़ायें। मंदिर की इस विशेषता के कारण यह मंदिर बहुत प्रसिद्ध है
मंदिर की रंचना बहुत ही सुन्दर है। यह मंदिर लाल रंग का है। मंदिर को अध्यात्मिक वातारण भक्तों को मन की शांति का अनुभव होता है। इस मंदिर को शिवरात्रि त्यौहार के दौरान फुलों से सजाया जाता है।

Prakasheshwar Mahadev Temple is a Hindu temple, located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, Dehradun. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple is one of the famous temples of Dehradun. The idol of all the deities is enshrined in this temple.
Prakasheshwar Mahadev Temple falls on the way from Dehradun to Mussoorie. Due to this temple being on the mountain, the beautiful view of Dehradun can be seen. One of the features of this temple is that no devotee can offer money in this temple, that is because according to the temple organization, what we can give to Lord Shiva, we only get from Lord Shiva.
Therefore, at some place in the temple premises, on the note board, please do not give any kind of donation to the temple. Due to this feature of the temple, this temple is very famous.

The building of the temple is very beautiful. This temple is of red color. The temple is blessed with spiritual experiences for devotees to experience peace of mind. This temple is decorated with flowers during the Shivaratri festival.
