Kamal Nath resigned as the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh on Friday, 20 March ahead of the floor test in the state assembly. The apex court has ordered the Speaker to conduct a floor test by 5 pm, leaving the Kamla Nath government hanging by a thread after the resignation of 22 Congress MLAs.
