Pizza party at our house means the stone fire pizza oven my dad built. Yes he watched a clip of someone cooking Pizza in a pizza oven on (probably on food network or something) and then he immediately welded himself a pizza oven, that we've been using for years now. He preheats the oven up, and it gets to 800°F. It cooks in 2 minutes flat, it's amazing! So I filmed our pizza oven party video for everyone to enjoy. We always do two different types of pizza. we do taco pizza a lot, but we do a rotation of different flavors. Today, we did Tuscan Roma (which is my twist on the Tuscan Roma from Pizza Ranch that my parents love) and a supreme. Using two different crusts, one is proofed for 2 hours, it's my Grandma's pizza dough recipe, and one is a thin crust with no proof time.
Since our pizza oven is far from the kitchen put it on parchment paperwhich will burn away. The pizza easily slides into the oven then right off it once its cooked. It's the way my dad prefers to do and its easy.

Also, a better sneak peek into the hobbit shed my dad also built that we have by the oven (yes my dad is very talented) My parents always eat out here, and the hobbit shed used for lounging usually, there are comfortable rocking chairs in there and a hammock. It's an absolute dream in the fall when you open up the side door and windows 😍 we also can have a fire in the pit that's in front. I just love this part of the yard.

Crust- Risen Crust:

3/4 cups warm water + 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons sugar
2 cups flour

Mix and knead until no longer sticky. Proof for 1 hour, punch it down and rise 1 more hour

Quick Pizza Sauce:
8 ounce can tomato sauce
garlic salt
dried oregano
Italian Seasoning
dried basil
onion powder
garlic powder
Season to taste, as you see I don't measure I can just eyeball

Thin Crust Pizza:
3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon yeast
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
Knead 5 minutes or so until it's no longer sticky. Let it rest 10 minutes before rolling our, just to relax the gluten in it. (It will make it easier)

Mushrooms and Onions:
1 onion, sliced
1 lb mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt (more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic

White Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons garlic
2 tablespoons flour
1 - 1 1/2 cups of half and half (or heavy cream and milk)
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup parmesan
Additional Salt To Taste

Pizza Toppings:
pepperoni
bell peppers
onion
diced tomato
sliced Roma tomatoes
sautéed mushrooms above
green olives
mozzarella cheese
fresh basil (garnish)
