三杯雞

材料：雞塊1.2公斤、九層塔80克、薑片80克、蒜瓣8個切片、紅辣椒2條去籽切塊

醃雞塊：醬油1湯匙、料酒1湯匙、馬鈴薯粉1湯匙

調味料：麻油3湯匙、蠔油1湯匙半、醬油1湯匙半、冰糖70克、白米酒5湯匙

Three Cup Chicken

Ingredients: 1.2kg chicken cut into pieces, 80g basil leaves, 80g ginger slices, 8 sliced garlic cloves, 2 red peppers seeded and cut into pieces

Marinated chicken: 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon potato flour

Seasoning: 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1.5 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 70 grams of rock sugar, 5 tablespoons of white rice wine
