Parties:
This Comprehensive Waiver of Liability and Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered between NMCOPWatch, NM505CopWatch (collectively referred to as "Releasees") and the viewer or user of the content ("Releasor").

1. Purpose:
This Agreement aims to absolve Releasees from any liability associated with the consumption, interaction, and sharing of video content posted on the Releasees' YouTube channels.

2. Acknowledgment and Voluntary Participation:
Releasor acknowledges that they are voluntarily choosing to view the content provided by Releasees and understand that this content may depict scenes of public interaction including law enforcement activities, which might be distressing or offensive to some viewers. Releasor understands the nature of the content and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with viewing this content.

3. Assumption of Risk:
Releasor assumes all risks associated with viewing the content provided by Releasees, including but not limited to emotional distress, psychological impact, and misinterpretation of content. Releasor agrees that they bear sole responsibility for any personal repercussions that arise from viewing or acting upon the information provided in the videos.

4. Release and Waiver of Claims:
Releasor hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Releasees for any claims, demands, liabilities, rights, or causes of action that may arise as a result of viewing the content, whether such claims arise from negligence, breach of contract, defamation, invasion of privacy, or any other cause.

5. Indemnification:
Releasor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Releasees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including attorney fees), judgments, fines, and penalties based upon or arising out of Releasor's negligent actions, errors, omissions, willful misconduct, or breaches in connection with the Agreement.

6. No Liability for Third-Party Actions:
Releasor understands that Releasees are not responsible for the actions of any third parties, including other viewers, commenters, or individuals portrayed in the content, and Releasor hereby releases Releasees from any claims associated with such third parties.

7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Severability:
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.

9. Entire Agreement:
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the viewing of content and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
