Classic Korean Fried Chicken 닭강정 프라이드 치킨❤️🍗

Chicken Marinade:
-Bone in chicken
-1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper

Dry Batter:
-1/4 cup all purpose flour
-1/4 cup rice flour
-1/4 cup corn starch
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp salt

Sauce:
-1/2 tbsp butter
-1 tbsp chopped garlic
-Chopped dried chillies
-1 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sriracha (hot sauce)
-3 tsp sugar
-Peanuts

Marinade the chicken and let it sit while you make the dry batter. Now coat the chicken with the dry batter and give it a good press to make sure it sticks, shake off the excess. Fry it in medium hot oil for 5 minutes approximately and take it out. Double fry it on high eat again after 5 minutes till golden browned and crispy. Now toss in all the ingredients of the sauce in the pan, once it starts sizzling add the fried chicken and coat it nicely with the sauce.
