Because of the September 11th Ceremonies and president Biden being in town there were no X27 X37 X28 X38 buses going into manhattan

X27/37 buses terminated at 59st/4av after their normal stops

X28/38 buses terminated at 86st/4av after making their usual stops

This was so passengers could disembark and take the N or R train into Manhattan

Although you were not able to board the bus at 86st or 59st it was free during this and it was definitely cool to see them detour and terminate, definitely an interesting solution
