How to Make Beef Tongue Soup Recipe

Hi everyboday, this is one way to cook beef tongue for those who want to explore food. The soup has a sour taste and lemongrass paste which make the soup taste so good. Ingredients
1 large cow tongue
2 cups crunchy eggplants
2 cups slice jalapenos
1 cup lemongrass paste (lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, turmeric, and garlic)
1 cup smashed young tamarind (you can replace with tamarind powder 1 package or 3/4 of it . )
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon fish paste
1 tablespoon chick soup mix
2 teaspoons salt
1 cups curry leaves
3 tablespoons oil
8 cups water
