Returned dishes are transported along the conveyor belt and fed into a vertical conveyor which allows them to be transported to different floors and areas of the building. With automatic cutlery transfer using cutlery lifting magnets and an automatic washware clearing, turning and sorting system using hedgehog conveyor technology, MEIKO turns warewashing into a technical achievement to be proud of. Various different sorting processes are used to guide the trays, bowls and plates onto the right track in the dishwashing machine. After being washed, the trays are automatically stacked and the cutlery is automatically sorted.
