The MEIKO M-iQ BlueFire is a real workhorse. The conveyor dishwasher is used where there is often a lack of space: in large kitchens. Its secret? It performs numerous work steps at the same time. This relieves the kitchen staff enormously. With the MEIKO M-iQ BlueFire, bowls, plates, cutlery and trays are washed in the smallest possible space and in accordance with DIN standards with a contact time of over two minutes for all tableware items, including trays. DIN conformity is indispensable, especially in hospital kitchens.

And this is how it works:
The cutlery pick-up magnetises knives, forks and co., picks them up, demagnetises them again and sorts the pieces into a cutlery track. They then pass through the dishwasher and are rinsed. Once cleaned, they automatically fall into a box. It is possible to integrate a cutlery sorting system at this point. The plates sorted by the kitchen staff travel through the M-iQ BlueFire on a separate track – there is also room for pots up to 46.5 centimetres. The machine automatically clocks in the trays in the tray lane. They are stacked neatly on top of each other in the stacking unit. The trays are changed while the machine is running.

Thanks to the modular principle, the dosing system for the cleaning chemicals can be flexibly mounted on the rear of the machine to save space.
