APOCALYPSE for PlayStation (Unboxing)

Another game that has an “Apocalypse” word in its title. I used to play it in my childhood and I even completed it (though it was difficult. Almost every game of that period used to be difficult for me). Many years later I used the emulator to complete it again, and I still like it. Yes, the plot is simple (I don’t think I fully understand the ending. Maybe the main antagonist got inside Trey to control him and restart his experiment. I guess I’m stupid), the game is short, the gameplay is just running forward, shooting and platforming, but there is something not all modern games have. That’s fun. It’s fun to shoot lots of monsters and hear Trey’s comments (and yes, Bruce Willis gave the character his voice and likeness), graphics is nice, the fights with Horsemen are memorable (so as locations) and the music rock. And the licensed music is great too. I still remember Control by Poe, but I was surprised to hear System Of A Down at the start of their career. Overall, on one hand can’t say this game is something special, but it’s fun and memorable. In this case that’s enough for me. And yes, this game was made by Neversoft before Tony Hawk Pro Skater and Spider-Man 2000.
