In today's video I share with you some Hygge moments at home.
I spend creative time in my kitchen cooking the first pumpkin soup of the season and baking delicious and fluffy cinnamon rolls.

Spending an Autumn Sunday at home with loved ones is an opportunity to strengthen bonds, create treasured moments, and enjoy the simple pleasures of togetherness.

For me Hygge, among other things, is to feel your home as the perfect destination.

Cinnamon rolls recipe

For the dough:
- 370 gr. all-purpose flour
- 170 ml warm milk
- 30 gr. melted butter
- 1 egg at room temperature
- 9 gr. dry yeast
- 40 gr. sugar
- 1 tsp salt

For the filling:
- 130 gr. Brown sugar
- 50 gr. butter at room temperature
- 1.1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring

For the frosting:
- 100 gr. cream cheese
- 30 gr. butter at room temperature
- 100 gr. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 2 tbsp milk

For the dough:
Add the warm milk, a teaspoon of sugar and yeast in a bowl, mix it a little and leave it for 5 minutes.

Add the flour into another bowl,
add salt and mix.

Take the mixture with the yeast and add the melted butter, sugar, egg and mix them well.
Then gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, and knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky. You may need to add a little more flour if it is too sticky.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

For the filling:
Add the brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl, mix them well.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle of about 40-45cm.
With a brush, spread the butter all over the dough.
Put the filling on the dough and then spread it very well by hand.

Butter the pan with a brush.

Roll the dough into a roll, the longest piece being in front of us.
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces, and place them in the pan.

With a brush, spread some butter on top of our rolls. Cover them with a towel and let them rise again for about 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 minutes.

For the cream cheese frosting:

In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy and well combined.

Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls.
Serve and enjoy the delicious homemade hygge cinnamon rolls!!!
