At home everything looks and smells like Christmas and makes this winter day cozy.

🍋🫐Lemon blueberries tart🫐🍋

For the dough
- 175 g of all-purpose flour
- 100 g of butter
- 25 g of sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp of water

For the lemon curd
- 2 eggs
- 200ml lemon juice
- Zest of 3 lemons
- 1 tsp of corn flour
- 220g of sugar
- 125g butter at room temperature, cut into cubes
- Blueberries, spearmint and powdered sugar for serving
