• All-purpose flour 1.5 oz | 43 g (1/3 US cup)
• Almond flour 1.1 oz | 33 g (1/3 US cup)
• Granulated sugar 2.3 oz | 66 g (1/3 US cup)
• Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
• Salt 1/8 tsp
• Unsalted butter 2 oz | 56 g (1/2 US stick)
[Dry Ingredients]
• All-purpose flour 6.3 oz | 180 g (1 1/2 US cups)
• Almond flour 1.7 oz | 50 g (1/2 US cup)
• Granulated sugar 8.8 oz | 250 g (1 1/4 US cups)
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Baking soda 3/4 tsp
• Baking powder 3/4 tsp
• Cinnamon 1 tsp
• Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
• Ginger 1/2 tsp
• Clove 1/4 tsp
[Wet Ingredients]
• Egg 2 (3.5 oz | 100 g)
• Oil 4 oz | 115 g (1/2 US cup)
• White vinegar 1Tbsp (15 g)
• Vanilla extract 1 tsp
• Pumpkin puree (100% pumpkin) 15 oz | 424 g (1 US can)

** For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces. Cup measurements are provided for your convenience. **

Bake at 340 F | 171 C (Preheated) for about:
• 65 minutes for a 9” by 4” loaf pan
• 30 - 35 minutes for mini loaf pan
Adjust the time and temperature depending on the thickness and size of the cake, oven, etc.
