Did you know you can make cheesecake, Nutella, omelets, cookie dough, and much more with chickpeas?

Here I show you 4 easy recipes that you can make at home, no oven needed with chickpeas!

These little beige guys are full of protein, low on fat, and are great workout food, or just eat a lot and don't feel guilty food lol.

All vegan for the planet and its earthlings.

For the crust you need

1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp agave syrup (or date, maple, brown rice)
1/4 cup chopped dates (soaked in hot water)

First soak the dates on hot water for about 5 minutes. Take out of the water and reserve the water.

In a food processor process everything until its sticky and you are able to spread and press it into a pie mold to form a crust.

If the mixture is not sticky enough add the water from the dates on tablespoon at the time and process again to make it stickier.


For the filling

3 cups of cooked chickpeas
6-8 tbsp of oat flour
1/4 cup fo Agave
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups frozen berries (tawed)

Process all transfer to the pan and freeze for 2 hours minimum, serve.

For the nutella

2 cups cooked chickpeas
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup Agave syrup
120gr melting chocolate

Mix chickpeas, cocoa powder, agave while you melt the chocolate in a Bai Marie.

Once is melted transfer to the food processor and mix well

Chill for a couple of hours.


For the omelette

The ratio for perfect egg like is 1 cup of chickpea flour 3/4 cup of water, then the spices are really up to you!


For the cookie dough

2 cups of cooked chickpeas
4 tbsp oat flour
1/4 cup peanut butter (or any other seed or nut butter)
3 tbsp of agave or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dark chocolate chips to taste (I used 1/4 cup)


Process all except the choco chips and mix those by hand
