This place is making a name for itself as one of the TOP seafood restaurants in the area! You're not going to miss the delicious molcajetes this place is cooking up. Chef Jose Sanchez starts by cooking a whole pulpo (octopus) low and slow to get it tender and well seasoned. He has unique way of giving it a charred touch your going to have to see to believe. Just when you think it's done, he makes a fresh batch of his spicy diabla sauce that's inspired from Baja. The owner, John Mejia, is doing things right. I know people are going to leave happy each and every time. It's such a great unique experience.
