My Lessons from Starting Residency | ND M.D.

Описание к видео My Lessons from Starting Residency | ND M.D.

Residency is hard, no duh. Everyone talks about how brutal the transition is but no amount of preparation will ever make you feel confident enough, competent enough, or deserving enough during those first few weeks as a resident doctor. Thankfully, I had overwhelming support around me both in and outside my direct care team that made the past month, the most transformative month of my life. To my chiefs Marianna and Peter, my incredible PA's Dina, Andrea, Judy, Ari, Casey, to my seniors JP and Andres, and to my co-interns Ryan and Joe...thank you all for being part of an unforgettable team and some of the best support I could have ever asked for.
