雨引観音 ～紫陽花の季節～ ‘Amabiki-kannon’ in hydrangea season

紫陽花祭りが開催中の、茨城県桜川市にある雨引観音こと雨引山楽法寺を訪問しました。
雨引観音の境内には、100種5000株の紫陽花が植栽されており、毎年6月10日から7月20日までの間、紫陽花祭りが開催されます。今年は、6月29日から紫陽花の水中花が境内の池に展示され、祭りのクライマックスを迎えます。また、境内には孔雀が放し飼いにされており、運が良いと美しい羽を広げて迎えてくれます。
初夏の風物詩でもある、雨引観音に咲く紫陽花の花の彩りをお楽しみください。

W visited Amabiki-kannon in Sakuragawa-city, Ibaraki Prefecture, during the Hydrangea Festival.
Five thousand hydrangeas of 100 species are planted in the precincts of Amabiki-kannon, and the Hydrangea Festival is held from June 10 to July 20 every year. This year, from June 29, the flower rafts of hydrangeas will be displayed in the pond in the temple grounds, marking the climax of the festival. In addition, peacocks are free-range in the temple grounds, and if you are lucky, they will greet you with beautiful wings.
Please enjoy the color of the hydrangea flowers that bloom in Amabiki-kannon, which is also a tradition of early summer.
