[TAS] The World's Hardest Game -

A tool-assisted speedrun of The World's Hardest Game.

This run beats the human world record by 19 seconds. Majority of time was saved on levels 7, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 26, 27, 28, and 29. Levels 12 and 26 were the biggest time saves, saving 4 seconds each.

Some levels can be done a frame or so faster, but would require a different window size. Window size used in this run was 1077x826.

Was able to pass through some dots without taking a death due to how collisions work. This only works when dots are moving fast which is why you see it on levels like 7, 15, and 21. It was attempted to clip through dots on other levels, but they were not moving fast enough.

Flash game was modified to add TAS features such as playing the game one frame at a time and recording inputs. The game was then played from the beginning in real time and used these recorded inputs to move the player. This is a single run and no splicing was used.

Background music was added in post to give viewers something to listen to.

Tip screens were progressed manually via spacebar.
