Ingredients :-
bund seed- 100 gram
ajwain - 2tbs
black salt - 2tbs
tikha - 15 to 20 peice
ginger - as per requirement
cinemon - as per requirement
clove - 7 to 8 peice
ginger powder - as per requirement
salt
basils leaf - as per requirement

procedure :-
first of all roast this bund seed until white colour turn to black colour it takes about 10 min and than allow it to cool down and after than crush it in power form

now take 250ml of water add 2 tbs of made powder of bund , 1/2 tbs ajwain, 1tbs ginger powder, 2 to 3 cloves, 8 to 10 tikha, 1/2 tbs salt and black salt now add grease ginger and add 1 peice of cinemon and allow it to cook it for 5 min .

serve it by adding lemon and basils leaf
