✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
For Dal :-
* Mix Lentils (मिक्स दाल) - 1 Cup
* Water (पानी) - 2 Cup
* Turmeric Powder ( हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Ghee (घी) - 2 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tbsp
* Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 Tbsp
* Red Chilli (लाल मिर्च) - 2
* Curry leaf (करी पत्ता) - Some
* Fenugreek seeds (कसूरी मेथी) - Some
* Indian spice blend (गरम मसाला) - 1/4 Tbsp
* Crushed Red Chilli (कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tbsp
* kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) – Some

For Gakhar -
* Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2 & 1/2 Cup
* Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1/2 Cup
* Semolina (सूजी) - 1/2 Cup
* Carom seed (अजवायन) - 1Tbsp
* Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tbsp
* Ghee (घी) - 4-5 Tbsp
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Water (पानी) - Some

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐥, take Black Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Kidney Beans & soak them for 2 hours. Keep the cooker for heating & put Water, soaked Dal, Salt to taste & Turmeric Powder, Asafetida/Hing Powder & saute them. Cover the lid & give it 1 whistle, then cook it on a slow flame for 3-4 minutes. Mash them & take them out to a bowl. Then put some roasted & crushed Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala, crushed Red Chilli Powder & mix all well.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐝𝐤𝐚, keep the pan on the flame, put Ghee, some Cumin Seeds, Asafetida Dried Red Chilli & Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder. Saute all well & put the tadka into Dal
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚𝐫, take a bowl, take Wheat Flour, Gram Flour, Semolina, Crushed Carom Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Salt to taste, Baking Soda, Oil & mix all well. Bind the dough by adding Water & keep it aside for half an hour. Then knead well & make a dough ball & roll them by wrapping some Wheat Flour. Take one rolled Chapati, apply some Ghee to it. Sprinkle some White Flour/Maida, fold it & make a tight roll. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Water for boiling, keep a strainer plate on it and grease it with Oil. Put the ready Gakhar on the plate then cover it and give them steam for 12-15 minutes on a high flame. Then take them out & keep them to cool down. Then bake the Baati in the Kadhai for 15 mins on slow flame. After 15 mins, turn the Baati on the other side, apply some Ghee on them & bake them for 15 mins more.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, pre-heat the OTG for 10 mins, keep the Layered Baati on the greased Tray & bake them at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins. After 10 mins, turn the Baati on the other side & bake them for 5 mins more.
Serve the Delicious Layered Gakhar/Bafla/Baati with Mixed Dal, Chutney, green Salad & Sweet. In this way, Tasty & Amazing Layered Dal Gakhar will get ready at home easily.
