General Kochhar highlighted the significant difference between Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Intelligence Quotient (IQ), emphasising that success is driven primarily by emotional intelligence. He stressed the importance of belief, passion, and reputation in shaping one's character and underscored that trust within an organisation is built on a foundation of strong character. Major General Rajan Kochhar completed extensive service in Jammu & Kashmir, and the North-East. He is a former MGAOC Central Command and an acclaimed author of "Breaking the Chinese Myth." Recognized with prestigious awards, including the Vishisht Seva Medal awarded by the President of India, his contributions are unmatched. He also plays pivotal roles as the Director of the Environmental & Consumer Protection Foundation of India and the Chief Patron of the International Institute of Influencers.
