Pro Boat Stealthwake brushless upgrade, take 1

We burned up 2 brushed 550 motors in this boat in a matter of a few months so a comparable brushless system seems like the best way to go. In our first attempt, we tried the Rcharlance 3650 3900KV brushless motor and 60A ESC in the Pro Boat Stealthwake. After a few different attempts and modifications, we pulled it out and put it back into one of the ECX AMP MTs. We tried a brushed motor in the Stealthwake, which burned up, literally! There was smoke when we took the canopy off. Granted, the brushed motor we tried had problems in one of the AMP MTs, so it probably wasn't the boat's fault! So now we're back to finding a motor and ESC that will work and will last through an entire battery!
