For a millennium the crab and lobster fishermen of north Norfolk have earned their living fishing the chalk reef off the towns of Cromer and Sheringham. From Happisburgh to Weybourne they have used their traditional double enders, the crab boats descended from Saxon and Viking vessels. With the new century boats and some methods have changed - but still they set out on their daily voyages.
