Smoked Paprika 1 Tbsp
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil 3 Tbsp
Tomato Paste 1.5 Tbsp

For fried Zaalouk:
Eggplants 1 kg
Tomato Puree 400 g
Garlic Cloves 4
Cilantro 2 Tbsp
Salt 1.5 tsp
Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1 Tbsp
Smoked Paprika 1 Tbsp
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
Tomato Paste 1.5 Tbsp
