Hi there! In today's episode of Painting Masters (woohoo, ep 10!!) I'll share with you art by the incredible Shari Blaukopf.

I'm taking a contemporary turn with this one, but I do plan on moving to some older masters paintings soon.

🎨 SHARI BLAUKOPF 🎨

Shari is a painter and graphic designer, and also an Urban Sketchers certified instructor (that's a thing!).

Her art is fun, vibrant, colorful and whimsical.

🎨 REALISM VS IMPRESSIONISM 🎨

I thought this would be a fantastic example for how by making sure you get your values right, you can really turn impressionism into realism, or at least crank up the realism "knob", if that makes sense (;
