In this video I go through how I run up to 231km or 140 miles per week as an amateur runner who is 42 years old.

I show you the type of training that, I do, how I fit the running into my life and I also talk about what I eat.

Marathon training can be intense so it's useful to see how other people go about it, especially when they're running lots of mileage. It's also unusual to see a 42 year old who has only been running for 4 years run such high mileage and I break down how I do it here.

I'm currently training for the 2024 London Marathon.
