Ingredients:
7 cloves garlic
1 medium-sized onion
600g pork lungs
1/2 tsp ground pepper
500g pork belly
3 tbsp fish sauce
2 & 1/2 of water (or enough to submerge)
2-3 pcs dried bay leaves
300g pork liver with vinegar
vinegar (enough to submerge the liver)
4 green chilis
