Bastar travel guide | Chattisgarh vlog in Bengali | Chattishgarh Tourism | Tirathgarh jalaprapat Bastar | Jagdalpur sightseeing

Jagadalpur is situated on the Southern part of Chattisgarh. This is a plateau region thats why many rivers creates waterfalls here. This region is popularly known as Bastar. Almost 76 waterfalls are there. We spend 3days in Jagdalpur and tried to cover most off beat places of Bastar. On day 1 we reached Jagdalpur from Araku by Kirandul Express (time stamp 00:43) then from Jagdalpur we booked an auto for Rs 50/- to reach nearby hotel Atithi. Atithi is a very good hotel situated adjacent to the main road. They provide good double bed with AC and attach bath for Rs 1000/- only. You may contact Hotel Atithi, their number : 07782225275 (time stamp : 01:35 ). After reaching hotel we freshen up took some food and booked an auto for local sightseeing. Auto took Rs 50/- to drop us at Danteswari Mata Temple. Danteswari mata is the Kuldevi of Bastar Kingdom. The main temple is situated at Dantewara, which we will visit on day 3. The danteswari temple is situated along with Bastar Palace. Bastar king built this palace when they shifted their kingdom from Barsur to Jagdalpur. Bastar Palace is really beautiful place to visit in Bastar (time stamp : 03:47). After visiting Bastar palace we went to market place. If you have keen interest in articrafts then you may visit Murti road. We then ate some Phuchka which cost us Rs 80/-. Then we returned to our hotel and took our dinner.
Day-2 : We started early check out our hotel and start for Tirathgarh Waterfall. Tirathgarh waterfall is situated inside kanger valley National park. This place is really beautiful (time stamp: 09:41). There is a Parking fee for car of Rs 20 and a cleanliness fee of Rs 15 per head. After Tirathgarh we went to Mandarkonta to explore an unknown cave (time stamp: 15:12). Mandarkonta is an offbeat place so you need a local guide to reach there. For that you may contact unexplored Bastar: 9109188567.After that we went to Chitradhara waterfall. This is a small but beautiful waterfall (time stamp: 21:17). Then we visited Dandami Resort, which is situated just beside Chirakoot waterfall. We took our lunch there and went to the village of Maria Tribes to experience their culture (time stamp: 26:22), then we visited Narayanpal Temple which is situated just opposite bank of River Indravati (time stamp: 29:23). From there we visited Mendri Ghumar Waterfall which is also a beautiful waterfall of Jagdalpur (time stamp: 30:35). Tehn we went to our final destination of the day Chitrakoot Waterfall, this will come to our next episode.
