How to assemble and operate Continuous Carbonization Furnace

This video showing to our customers that bought our machines, how to assemble and how to operate the furnace.

Kim here explaining more details about the continuous rotary working carbonization furnace for biomass waste biochar| charcoal production.

This model is a compact design, with higher efficacy compared to one batch by one batch type furnace.

Equipped with purification system both for carbonization and preheating, so whole production is smokeless and environmental- protective.

We will need rent forklift 8 ton grade to unload the main body of furnace. Others are tubes and pipes. And use sealing materials for each of connections to avoid smoke leaking.

Heating fuel: burn firewood/ gas preheating( 1-3 hours based on different weather temperature), and after stable feeding and stable carbonizing all use recycled gas heating.

Capacity: rated 500-700kg/h, output 180-220kg/h average all based on original materials type and moisture.

Shipping: need one full 20 feet container.
