Update continuously working carbonization furnace model for sawdust, rice husk, nut shells ( small sized 50mm materials) charcoal making.

Wide range biomass waste can be made to charcoal using our furnace.

This model is with LPG preheating system. We use liquid gas bottle as heating fuel to start. Then purification system will provide the recycled gas for heating itself.

The whole system need a 8.5kw electricity consumption for rotating and fan. And use Liquid gas for preheating.
