2 Tbl sp Moongfali (Peanut)
1 Tbl sp White Til(Sesame)
1 Tbl sp Sukha Nariyel Ka Burada (Desiccated Coconut)
1 1/2 Tbl sp Dhania Powder (Coriander powder)
1 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1/4 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masale Powder
1/4 Tsp Kitchen King Masala Powder
1 Tsp Saunf (Ani seed)
3 Tbl sp Besan Ki Sev or Roasted Besan (Chickpea flour)
1 Tsp salt
2 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves)
1/4 Tsp Limboo Ka Ful(Citric Acid)or 2 Tsp Limboo Ka Ras(Lemon juice)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tsp Lasun ki Paste (7 to 8 Kali Lasun)(Garlic clove)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
2 Tbl sp Oil
250 Gram Baingan(Brinjal)

Khada Masala
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
6 to 7 Kali Mirch (Black pepper)
1/4 Part Jawantri (Mace)
1/2 Chakri Ful(Star Annis)
1 Badi Eliachi (Cardamom)
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon Stick)
2 Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
4 Long(Clove)
1 Tej Patta(Bay leaves)

3 Tbl sp oil
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1 Tsp Khada Masala powder
1 small size Onion finely chopped
1 Tsp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
1 Medium size Tomato finely chopped
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 Medium size Tomato Paste
1 Cum Tikhiwali Hari Mirch finely chopped (Less spicy Green chilli finely chopped)
2 Pinch Hing (Asafoetida)
2 Tbl sp water
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbl sp Fresh Malai
2 cup water
1 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tbl sp Hara Lasun finely chopped (Green Garlic finely chopped)
Garnish with Hara Dhania finely chopped & Hara Lasun finely chopped (Green coriander & Green Garlic)
Serve with Bajri ki Roti,Jawari ki Roti or Gehu Ki Roti or Khichdi Kadhi
