Kashi from ‪@persianyoga‬ gave me a challenge a few weeks ago to swing very heavy meels. Luckily I survived the challenge and this time it was my turn to give him a challenge. Unfortunately I didn't have so much weight to give him, but 10kg is not a light mace. Watch the video to see what happens as I introduce an advanced club swinger to the world of the mace.
