CHILLINGLY INTENSE Matches With Todoroki In My Hero Ultra Rumble

With strike Dabi releasing tomorrow and the big fight currently taking place in the anime I figured it was time to run some matches with one of my favorite among the Todoroki’s, Shoto. This character has gone from being an absolute menace back in the day to now being a pretty balanced character that I don’t see too often. Hope you enjoy these intense games I had with him!
