Cook Raw Frozen Shrimp in the Instant Pot in Just a Few Minutes

This is how to cook raw frozen shrimp in the Instant Pot.

I wanted shrimp and all that I had on hand was a frozen bag of jumbo shrimp in my freezer. Since I was hungry, I did not want to wait the additional time to thaw the shrimp in cold water. Instead, I opted to just cook the shrimp in it’s frozen state in my pressure cooker.

Surprisingly, it’s quick and easy to prepare. And, the shrimp turned out delicious. It was not shriveled up or dry. Cooking frozen shrimp in the Instant Pot might become my preferred method of preparation.

Also, if you don't make the sauce then this is also a keto Instant Pot meal.
