Now, let’s dive into the topic of today’s video. It’s important to address this issue because I believe many of us can become disillusioned during the healing process. When we reflect on our experiences with the narcissist, we might mistakenly think that they are doing well after we have left. We often assume that they have moved on smoothly with their new partner or "supply." But the truth is, this perception can be misleading.

Yes, they may appear to be fine on the surface, but let’s take a closer look. These individuals may seem to thrive, but this is often just a façade. The reality is that what lies beneath their surface is often a deep-seated misery.

When we discuss the daily misery of a narcissist, it is crucial to understand what this looks like in their day-to-day life, especially if they do not have a suitable supply. The term "suitable supply" refers to the emotional and psychological resources they seek from their partners. If the new partner they chose is not able to meet their needs, the narcissist will inevitably struggle.

For instance, if you have access to information about the narcissist’s life after your separation, you may notice significant changes in their appearance and demeanor. Often, their physical condition can reflect the quality of their new supply. If this new partner does not fulfill the narcissist’s needs, you might observe that they look stressed, unkempt, or even physically deteriorated.

When they were with you, they might have maintained a healthier lifestyle, perhaps due to the nutritious meals you provided. You may have taken them to places like Whole Foods or Trader Joe's for healthy food options. However, without your influence, they may revert to unhealthy habits or neglect their self-care, leading to visible changes in their health and appearance.

The narcissist often maintained a nice physique during the relationship, thanks in part to the support you provided, such as paying for their gym membership. However, after the relationship ended, they moved on to a "new supply." Unfortunately, this new supply is often not what you were. They might not provide the same level of support, care, or motivation.
