Pihtije (aka PTA / meat jelly) is made by simmering collagen-rich cuts until the broth becomes naturally gelatinous. Once chilled, it sets into firm, savory cubes you can slice and eat cold — think meat + gelatin + salt = carnivore meal prep magic.
