*1 cup = 240 ml
*1 tbsp = 15 ml
*1 tsp = 5 ml

Ingredients: (6-inches / 15cm cake)
2 eggs
75 g (6 tbsp) granulated sugar
70 g (9 tbsp) cake flour or low protein flour
30 g (¼ cup) almond flour/ground almond
2.5 g (½ tsp) baking powder
1.5 g (¼ tsp) table salt
56 g (¼ cup) unsalted butter
½ apple
icing sugar for dusting
