I wanted to talk about two things here.
Are you the person who drinks hot water with lemon or lemon tea?
Then this is for you.
Lemon is rich in vitamin c. Vitamin c has a multitude of benefits including reducing the risk of cancer, boosting immunity, and more.

When you add lemon to hot boiling water, it loses its benefits as it breaks the compounds in it.

The structure of vitamin c is broken down when you heat it to 30C. When it reaches 60C, it loses all its goodness.

When you add lemon to hot water or tea, it loses its qualities and benefits. Only the taste remains and nothing else.
The best way to do this is to boil water or tea and let it cool down for a while. Let it become lukewarm. Then add lemon so it retains its qualities and goodness.

A lot of you may have this habit of drinking hot water with lemon. If you do it right, you can enjoy its benefits.
