Dr. Lee offers Renuvion J-Plasma skin tightening. This is best used in conjuction with liposuction. The problem with liposuction is that it often leads to loose skin with the fat is removed. One option is to excise or make an incision to remove the loose skin. However in some patients the skin can be tightened by heating up the layers under the skin, called the "fibroseptal network." When this layer is heated up, it starts a contraction of that layer, which over times causes the skin contract.
