To clear up some confusion regarding the recording of this video and what I mean by left channel, right channel, middle channel:
I didn't actually set the effects to different channels, I just recorded separate tracks for each effects chain and panned them to the left, right, or middle channels. The MS-70CDR, while a pedal with stereo in and outs, doesn't actually let you pan your effects to either output specifically and you can only chain 6 pedals at the same time (limited only by the processing power of the pedal). I did this because then you could "isolate" each effect by taking out an earbud or listening with only one headphone at a time to hear that specific effect.

Recorded with a Sennheiser e609 into a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 into Garageband. No extra processing done aside from balancing levels.
