Welcome to my channel! In today’s video, I’m showing you how to make a delicious and healthy No Bread High Protein Moong Dal Sandwich. This guilt-free recipe is perfect for a quick meal or snack, packed with protein, and super easy to make!

📝 Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole moong or moong dal (soaked)
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- A handful of coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Pinch of baking powder (optional)

Instructions:
1. Blend soaked moong dal into a coarse paste.
2. Mix in the green chili, coriander leaves, garlic paste, ginger paste, besan, salt, pepper, and baking powder if using.
3. Cook the batter on a hot pan to make your 'bread.'
4. Assemble with your favorite fillings!
