This is a 60 minute full body yoga conditioning sequence. Part 3 of the Strong Body, Calm Mind series.. A creatively sequenced class focusing on strength, balance and mobility.
For practice, I recommend a block (or tissue box), blanket and ideally floorboards or tiled space to practice. If these are not available to you, I offer adaptations so you can still practice along on your mat.

This series focuses on building strength utilising body weight and gravity. Some classes in the series will feature longer holds, slow, conscious movement and other classes will explore a quicker pace changing and progressing the loads in the sequences as the series progresses.

Ideal if you don't already have a dedicated strength training program and you'd like to tone and strengthen your body and mind through your yoga practice. Including a strength routine into your movement sessions can be so beneficial. Improving bone density, strengthening your joints, stronger muscles, injury prevention and creating more lean muscle, helping to boost your metabolism.
Classes will include a brief warm up and cool down and rest stops along the way.
