The Khang Starr Lemon Starburst pepper is so lovely a pepper it will brighten up any garden. I could not wait to taste it this year. I had a few struggles getting my pepper to fully ripen. Not sure what the issue was but had enough for a tasting and review.

With the flavor of the pepper I would believe this would make a great sauce. I plan on growing extra plants in my 2024 season just to make a sauce or two.
